In an effort to shed a poor reputation in the food industry, Tang has once again changed his stripes - this time taking on the pseudonym of “Joey Jones” and working both as, and as a provider of, security guards. His company, “Primus Security Solutions” claims to provide high level security services to businesses. In fact, the company operates without required permits, licenses, insurance or bonds, avoids paying business and employment taxes, launders its funds through a strip mall tax service provider, and hires unskilled contract laborers to staff minimum wage security positions. The company website lists neither a phone number or address, since Tang operates out of his residence located over a Niagara-On-The-Lake store front and uses an unlisted cell phone number. Past employees report problems in getting paid in a timely manner and/or in-full for wages owed to them. Past clients report problems with high turnover and low skilled, unreliable security guards.
